Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 15 days in advance: 50% refund of the amount paid. Cancellation 7 days or less in advance: no refund. No-show: no refund. In case of adverse weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place, the cancellation decision will be made by the team, and in this case, rescheduling or a full refund will be offered. Transferring the reservation to another person is allowed with a 7-day notice before the start of the reservation.
